    Function buildPlacementDraft

    • Drafts the board's open demand for its assistants. Open places are the demand of each active school, weekday, and block, bounded by the school's capacity plan for that weekday, minus active placements there. Assistants are the active affiliations without an active placement in the semester; those without an available weekday are reported, not drafted. A drafted placement serves 4 workdays per block.
